Bio

Geof has performed and recorded with numerous bands playing drums (14 years), guitar (11 years), bass (10 years), keyboards, and vocals. He has been tracking and mixing bands since 2000, until recently when he decided to further his education and pursue his career on a more professional level. While attending the reputable Full Sail University to earn a degree in recording arts, Geof accumulated a great deal of knowledge and wisdom from the experience of working with and learning from Grammy Award Winning and Nominated engineers. He graduated with honors and receieved mutliple awards. Geof, now posesses a thorough understanding of music theory; acoustics; psychoacoustics; multimedia; MIDI; electronics; technical knowledge ranging from vintage gear, to the latest recording technology; audio post production; studio etiquette; and music business law.
